Hello, sweater season
Fall shirts for the whole season
Our fall shirts are pumpkin, pie, turkey and cozy-animal puns for the orchard, the game and the first cold morning. All 53 designs come as t-shirts from $22, tank tops, crop tops, hoodies and sweatshirts, and 39 come in kids' sizes. Each one is printed in the USA when you order it. The leaves fall. The jokes stay.
Pumpkin season
Cute fall shirts
with pumpkins
Cute fall shirts with pumpkins are the season's uniform, so ours come with opinions. “Give 'Em Pumpkin to Talk About” is a pumpkin in boots making an entrance, and “Let the Gourd Times Roll” sends a pumpkin and a gourd skating by. Dessert people get “Go Ahead Bake My Day”, a tough little pie with a rolling pin, and “Sweet as Pumpkin Pie”, shown here on the sweatshirt with its matching mug.

Cozy fall graphic tees
for sweater weather
Our cozy fall graphic tees star the animals who do the season better than we do. “Sweater Weather” is for anyone emotionally attached to oversized knits, “Warm & Cozy Raccoon” traded mischief for a chunky sweater and a hot drink, and “Leaf Me Alone (Fox)” is curled up in a leaf pile with no plans to move. “First Frost” is a hedgehog in a beanie for the first cold snap. More critters live on our funny animal shirts page.
Out and about
Fall t-shirts for the orchard
and the bonfire
Fall t-shirts layer easily: wear one on its own on a warm afternoon, then under a flannel, a cardigan or a jacket once the sun drops. Take “Thanksgiving Is A-Maize-Ing” to the corn maze and “Bonfire and Beer” to the backyard fire. For the big dinner, shop all funny Thanksgiving shirts or borrow a look from our Thanksgiving outfits.
Pick your fit
Fall shirts for women and men
Fall shirts for women and men come from the same designs, cut different ways. Every design comes as a t-shirt in four styles: Soft Cotton ($22), Everyday ($24), Lightweight ($32) and Oversized ($40, roomy, with dropped shoulders), plus a tank top ($29) and a Boxy or Relaxed crop top ($28 to $30) for the warm days fall keeps throwing in. “Humpty Dumpty Had a Great Fall”, in the photo, is the nursery rhyme with a better ending. Shop all fall shirts for women, fall shirts for men and fall crop tops.
Stay cozy
Fall sweatshirts, mugs and tote bags
When a tee stops cutting it, every design also comes as a crewneck sweatshirt ($40) and a Classic ($48) or Relaxed Fit ($58) hoodie, so there are fall sweatshirts for the first real cold morning. There are fall mugs for the hot drink, white from $15 or colored from $17, and every design comes on one of our fall tote bags ($40) for the farmers market.
Small sizes
Kids' fall shirts
for boys & girls
Kids' fall shirts come in 39 of our 53 designs, as youth tees, toddler tees and baby onesies ($25 each), in sizes for boys and girls. “Peas Be With You” and “Piece Out” make the parent-and-baby pair in the photo, and “Keeping the Peas” and “I Yam What I Yam” round out a set of family fall shirts. The cheekier grown-up designs stay in adult sizes. Shop all kids' fall shirts and fall baby onesies.
When can you start wearing fall shirts?
Most people start wearing fall shirts in September, when the first cool mornings show up, and keep them on through Thanksgiving in late November. Fall officially starts at the September equinox, around September 22, but nobody checks. Pumpkins in August are between you and your conscience.
What are fall shirts called?
There's no single name: people call them fall shirts, autumn shirts, fall tees, fall graphic tees or fall tops. Every one of ours has a pun on it, so “the one with the gourds” also works.
What's a cute fall shirt that isn't basic?
A cute fall shirt that isn't basic swaps the plain leaf print for a joke: a fox in a leaf pile (“Leaf Me Alone (Fox)”), a raccoon in a sweater (“Warm & Cozy Raccoon”) or a pumpkin making an entrance (“Give 'Em Pumpkin to Talk About”). All three come in four t-shirt styles. Pumpkin spice is still allowed.
Do you have long-sleeve fall shirts?
Not as t-shirts: our fall tees are short-sleeved, so for full sleeves pick the crewneck sweatshirt or a hoodie, which every fall design also comes in. A tee under a flannel works too. Your elbows will survive.
