Hood up
Fall sweatshirts and hoodies for the whole season
Our fall sweatshirts and hoodies put pumpkins, pies, turkeys and cozy animals on soft, warm fleece. All 53 fall designs come as a crewneck sweatshirt ($40), a Classic hoodie ($48) and a Relaxed Fit hoodie ($58), in sizes S to 2XL, and each one is printed in the USA when you order it. The leaves can do what they want. You'll be warm.
Pumpkin season
Cute fall sweatshirts
with pumpkins and pie
Cute fall sweatshirts with pumpkins and pie are the season's comfort food, minus the dishes. “Sweet as Pumpkin Pie”, in the photo with its matching mug, is dessert you can wear. “Go Ahead Bake My Day” is a tough little pie with a rolling pin, “Let the Gourd Times Roll” sends a pumpkin and a gourd skating by, and “Humpty Dumpty Had a Great Fall” finally gets a happy ending.

Sweater weather
Cozy fall hoodies
for sweater weather
A cozy fall hoodie is for the mornings when a jacket feels like overkill and a tee feels like a mistake. “Sweater Weather” is for anyone emotionally attached to oversized knits, “Leaf Me Alone (Fox)” is curled up in a leaf pile with no plans to move, and “First Frost” is a hedgehog in a beanie. “Warm & Cozy Raccoon”, shown here on the bone crewneck, traded mischief for a hot drink. More critters live on our funny animal shirts page.

Fall sweatshirts
for women & men
Fall sweatshirts for women and men come from the same designs, because every crewneck and hoodie here is unisex. Our fall crewneck sweatshirts are an 8.5 oz fleece with a ribbed collar, cuffs and hem, and the Classic hoodie has a front pouch pocket and flat drawstrings. Both run small, so order one size up. The Relaxed Fit hoodie is roomier, with dropped shoulders. “Bonfire and Beer”, in the photo, was made for the campfire. Shop fall sweatshirts for women or fall hoodies for men.
Stretchy-pants season
Fall sweatshirts for Thanksgiving dinner
A fall sweatshirt is the smart call for Thanksgiving dinner: warm enough for the drafty dining room, forgiving after the second plate. “Gobble Til You Wobble”, “Pass the Gravy Not the Drama” and “Thankful-ish” say what the whole table is thinking. Shop every design in our funny Thanksgiving shirts, or plan the rest of the look with our Thanksgiving outfits.
Coffee pairing
Fall shirts and mugs to match
Not cold enough for fleece yet? Every design also comes as a t-shirt in our fall shirts collection. Pair a sweatshirt with one of our fall mugs, white from $15 or colored from $17, for the full cozy morning. Looking for designs beyond fall? Shop all funny hoodies and sweatshirts.
What's the difference between a sweatshirt and a hoodie?
A sweatshirt, or crewneck, is a fleece pullover with a round ribbed collar and no hood, and a hoodie is the same idea with a hood and usually a front pocket. Every one of our fall designs comes both ways, so the only real question is how much you like your ears.
Is a sweatshirt warm enough for fall?
On most fall days, yes: a fleece crewneck or hoodie is warm enough on its own in the 50s and 60s, and it layers under a jacket when the temperature drops further. Ours are a cotton-blend fleece, so a fall sweatshirt carries you from the first cool morning to the last bonfire. Mittens are a separate conversation.
What colors are popular for fall sweatshirts?
Warm, earthy shades are the classic fall picks: latte, khaki, adobe, bone and carbon grey, with dusty rose and agave for a little color. Most of our fall crewnecks come in those shades, depending on the design. Pumpkin orange is optional. Pumpkin puns are not.
How do I get an oversized look in a fall sweatshirt?
Size up: order two sizes above your usual in the crewneck or the Classic hoodie, since both run small, or one size up in the Relaxed Fit hoodie, which is already cut roomier. Check the size guide on the product page first. Big sleeves, big feelings.
